Yashna Trust is an independent organization that functions as a satellite of the United States-India Educational Foundation(USIEF). It is affiliated to the U. S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) and is the official Education USA advising centre in Bangalore.

Yashna Trust actively promotes higher education in the United States by offering accurate, comprehensive, objective and timely information about educational opportunities there and guidance to qualified individuals on how best to access those opportunities
